Na tečaju se uči o brodskoj kuhinji, nautičkim osnovama, komunikaciji, timskom radu i sigurnosti na brodu.
Također, stječete vještine u upravljanju budžetom, pomoći skiperu, korištenju VHF-a, i održavanju čistoće.
Uvjeti uključuju:
1. Punoljetnost,
2. Poznavanje engleskog jezika,
3. Sposobnost timskog rada,
4. Snalažljivost u stresnim situacijama,
5. Komunikativnost.
